707 Sports Bar and Grill

This is a great biker and sports bar in weat ocean city. I just talked with the owner Matt this afternoon. He would like to do a Bike Night there every third Wednesday of the month starting in April. Nothing special, just a place to get a cold one, shoot some pool and have some good eats. And since it is West OC we don't have to deal with the tourist. So make sure you stop by and say 'Hi' to Matt and the rest of the crew.

Heading to OC... turn right on 611 then go aproxamatly a quarter mile to light at 611 and 707...turn left and its just down the road a bit on the right...great food...!!!

Hope you are doing well, havnt seen you out and about lately...  We all miss ya brother!

On the subject of weekly events and the calendar...  I use a software set called Simple Machine Forums.  Its got alot of really nice points to it, from antihacker features to a very liberal freeware policy.  One thing its not the best at are weekly events.  If you want to put them in ad infinim, it will do that but anything short requires a huge amount of work and realy clutters up the calendar.  Ive been working on some ideas to handle this issue, so please stay tuned...  I think DMVB will be going through a major revamp this winter, its probably way past time.  This design has been a great success, but a sprucing up and repackaging is deffinately overdue!

went there thursday night...

have to say  not the best service

went with a group of 9...place was pretty crowded so we split into two tables - 4 and 5

the waitress at the table of 4 explained that if you ordered from the special's menu it would be out faster  the waitress at my tble did not tell us this so we  ordered off the regular menu and had an hour and a half wait for - 3 fried chicken meals, 1 cheesburger and an appetizer.

food was good as usual  - service was not up to par that night for us


and they didn't have the cat fish bites still

if anyone is friends with the owner or management tell them to bring back the catfish bites!!

I have to agree with ya there...food is awesome however the service is sssslllloooowwww...last time i went with the wife and Irish it was only about 7 or8 people in there besides us and they were at the bar drinking and it still took maybe 45 minutes to get the 3 of us our food...like I said awesome food but a long wait for it...It won't stop me from going...I love the place...it grows on ya...!!!
