SE's daughter recently injured her knee in a fall.  The injury was severe enough to require surgery and she was taken to one of the pediatric hospitals in Baltimore.  During surgery, there were some complications, but the last I talked to SE, she was doing ok.

I sincerely hope all goes well and SE and her daughter will be back on the shore and in good health soon.

Spoke to her last night.  Both are back home and doing ok.  Seems her daughter will need some rehabilitation, and is on crutches for the time being.
